I was kind of disappointed with my order from Paper Pieces. Some of the pieces I received were not the sizes I had ordered, and one item just wasn’t in the package at all. The packaging was fine, nothing bad there, but when you need certain shapes for a project, the right ones getting sent really matters. Customer service did reply to me, so that was okay, but everything got slowed down because of it. Overall, not the best experience for me.

Ordering from paperpieces.com was simple. I was able to find the size I needed without digging around too much, and checkout went smoothly... which I always appreciate with craft sites.

The confirmation email showed up quickly, and when my order arrived, everything was correct. The packaging was decent too, nothing was bent or messed up.

I’m only taking off one star because the shipping felt a bit slow, but it wasn’t awful or anything. I’d still order from them again when I need more pieces...

The paper pieces were accurate overall. They fit together well enough and I didn’t run into any major issues.

My order showed up in good condition and the pieces were usable, so in that sense it met my basic expectations. I just expected a little more for the price. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and for what I paid, I was hoping the overall experience would feel a bit more impressive. It was okay, just nothing I’d be excited to reorder right away.

I tried this for the first time it was easier than I expected?? Definitely a nice option if you're just starting out like I am.

The paper pieces themselves were fine, but the instructions just made things more confusing. I had to go look up basic steps somewhere else just to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. And if the response is just going to be one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, that doesn’t really help either.

They’ve got some nice fabrics, but I thought there’d be way more options. A few of the prints I liked were out of stock too, which was kinda a bummer. It’s not bad or anything, just felt average to me

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was really straightforward. The pages loaded fine on my phone too, which makes such a difference, doesn’t it?

I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed them kind of not knowing if it would be a whole back-and-forth thing, but they got back to me really fast. They sorted it out without making it complicated or anything, which was a relief because I was already bracing for a hassle. Happy with how it all went.

I was hoping these would hold up a little better, but they started bending after just a few uses. Kind of frustrating, because they seemed fine at first. Not the worst thing ever, but I expected them to last longer.

The shipping cost was actually fair, so I didn’t feel ripped off at checkout. I was just a little disappointed overall because I expected the whole experience to feel a bit better.

I ordered a pattern from paperpieces.com, and I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the directions were hard for me to follow. A few steps felt like they were just assumed or skipped, and the diagrams didn’t really clear things up the way I hoped they would.

Maybe more experienced people would have no problem with it, and that’s fine, but I kept having to stop and guess what I was supposed to do next. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer instructions, so yeah, it ended up being frustrating.

My order from Paper Pieces showed up packed really well. The paper pieces were tucked into a sturdy mailer, and nothing was bent, crushed, or weirdly damaged, which was a relief. THEN I NOTICED THE PLASTIC. Not a huge deal, but there was a bit more of it than I expected, so that could probably be cut back. Still, everything arrived clean, flat, and ready to use, so the packaging definitely did its job.

Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with the quality. The pieces felt a bit thin, and some of the edges were kind of rough, so it didn’t feel as well-finished as I expected.

I ordered one of their EPP kits mostly because I just didn’t feel like piecing everything together myself this time, i’m glad I did.
Everything I expected was in the bag: papers, acrylic template, fabric guide, and all the little extras I always tell myself I’ll remember to buy and then absolutely don’t. The counts matched the pattern too, so I didn’t have to stop and second-guess anything.

It made getting started so much easier, which to me kind of justifies buying the kit instead of sourcing it all separately. I’d definitely order from them again when I want to skip the hunting-around part.

I’ve stopped in here a few times now for paper pieces, and they usually have what I’m looking for. There was one time an item I needed wasn’t in stock, but based on my past visits, the selection has been solid overall.

I found a bunch of quilt ideas here and ended up getting inspired quickly. It gave me just the nudge I needed to start a new project.

I ordered a few paper pieces, the prices seemed fair for what I got. Shipping was reasonable too, at least from my experience. I could be wrong, but it feels kind of rare to find craft supplies that don’t seem way overpriced
